With over 10 years of dedicated service within the Ray White family, Kerry Suthers has transitioned from a high-performing Sales Agent to the General Manager of the Ray White Cairns Group. Overseeing the Cairns & Cairns Beaches offices, she manages the complex operational requirements of a multi-site network with precision.

Kerry’s leadership is informed by a rare 360-degree view of the industry. Having served as a Sales Agent, PA to the Selling Principal, and Executive Assistant to the Directors, she understands the unique pressures of every role in the office. Before entering real estate, Kerry spent 15 years owning and managing multiple award-winning retail franchises in Cairns. This entrepreneurial background gifted her with an acute business acumen and a relentless drive for results.

Known for her integrity and "human-first" approach to management, Kerry is a persistent advocate for professional excellence. When she isn't driving growth for the Ray White brand, she enjoys the quiet of her Tablelands lifestyle property, spending time with her three sons and her horses.
